Andrew is a highly experienced senior Financial Services Innovation leader with significant experience and exposure across the FS and Technology sector. Initiating and driving transformative innovative solutions across products and services through to new value propositions; including digital, GenAI, FinTech and ESG, utilised by customers and colleagues. Operating at board level to identify the strategic alignment opportunities for innovation, adapting, building and leading cross-functional teams. Cultivating an environment that encourages and supports curiosity and creative thinking to identify solutions that enhance customer experience.

He led leadership GenAi immersion sessions to support upskilling and awareness of GenAI and tools available in the market. Built and implemented a global ideation platform that tracks and monitors the conversion of employee ideas through to value creation. Led the development of the a FinTech innovation centre based in the financial centres of London and New York with the proposition to be recognised as the “home of fintech” with founders choosing to be a member of this vibrant and supportive ecosystem. Designed with an external training partner leadership training focussed on the principals of open innovation and design thinking.
